Leslie Kremer, DPT

Clinical director at Spine Fix Dr. Michael C. Mulvaney, D.C.
Founder & Owner, Nurtiva Pelvic Therapy
After more than two decades as a physical therapist, Leslie’s career took a profoundly personal turn in 2016, following the birth of her youngest daughter. An avid runner and confident clinician, she found herself struggling with persistent pelvic pressure and abdominal instability—issues that left her feeling disconnected from her body and overwhelmed by postpartum challenges. Determined to heal, Leslie dove into advanced pelvic–health research and training, partnering with a birth‑healing specialist to restore her strength and reclaim her passion for movement.
That journey inspired Leslie to share her newfound expertise with other women. In 2018 she founded Prenatal Postnatal Therapy—now Nurtiva Pelvic Therapy—to offer an out‑of‑network, truly holistic approach to prenatal and postpartum care. Under her leadership hundreds of moms across Eastern Iowa and Southwest Wisconsin have experienced Faster, more complete recoveries through initiatives like the Better Births Radical Recoveries program, which emphasizes proactive injury prevention and compassionate, whole‑person support.
As Nurtiva has grown, Leslie’s vision has expanded too. Navigating her own perimenopause has heightened her awareness of midlife women’s unique needs—leading her to integrate shockwave therapy alongside visceral manipulation, craniosacral work, and Somatic Emotional Release. Today, she helps clients from first pregnancy through menopause, blending evidence‑based techniques with a ministry‑heart for healing.
Leslie lives locally with her husband of 20+ years, their three daughters, and the memory of the daughter they lost. When she’s not mentoring her team or refining new protocols, you can find her on family walks, enjoying the sunshine, or hanging out with her church family—all rooted in the belief that every woman deserves to feel whole, powerful, and nurtured at every age.
